Customer Satisfaction


At Ebby's Auto Painting & Collison Repair in Williamsburg, customer satisfaction is our goal.

In order to make certain that each customer receives the service and outcome they deserve, everyone completes a Customer Satisfaction survey when their repair is completed.

The questions we always ask are -- 
  • Were you treated courteously by our personnel?
  • Were your questions about your vehicle's repair answered?
  • Were your vehicle's repairs completed in a timely manner?
  • Were you satisfied with the quality of your repair?
  • Would you recommend our facility to your friends?

We aren't satisfied with our performance until our customers tell us they are.

We're pleased and proud to report that our customers consistently provide us with a superior rating of our work.  Since we began our Customer Satisfaction program, over 95% of our clients have given Ebby's a "5" on a 1-to-5 scale.  We also consistently receive a lot of very positive feedback.

The point in sharing this information with you isn't to brag about our accomplishments.  Rather, it's important for our customers and future clients to understand how seriously we take the responsibility of caring for their vehicles.  We want every person who calls on Ebby's to have confidence that they will get the superior service they deserve, the results they expect and a safe vehicle to return to the road.
